Nutrient composition of Peat Substrate 4
This Peat Substrate 4 (PG-MIX 15+10+20- Control 50) is prepared as a mixture of low decomposition degree (H3-H4) with lime material, nutrient elements. The substrate does not contain weed seeds or harmful microorganism. For full cultivation, additional application of fertilizers is required after 3-4 weeks of growing with 7-10 day intervals, in accordance with individual characteristics of plants.

Amount of fertilizers for this (corresponding to) PG-MIX per 1kg/m3 of peat can be added and varied upon requst of a customer.

This substrate is the most effective for raising flowers and grain-crops which need a higher content of phosphor and require a high content of acid medium. For instance, such as azalea, rhododendron, rhubarb, fern, sorrel, ornamental coniferous plants, lawn grass, etc. The required fertilization is performed in 4-5 weeks.
